The Donald Bowman Memorial Scholarship was established in 2013 by Donald’s daughter, Danika Bowman Brindley, his wife Janet and his sons, Daniel & Doug.
Donald pushed Danika to become a registered nurse. It is because of her father’s encouragement that Danika wanted to establish this scholarship to assist students in need of financial help to obtain their degree.
The scholarship will be awarded to 2 qualifying applicants from Rising Sun High School and 2 qualifying applicants from Switzerland County High School .
Amount: 4 @ $500 (2 at Rising Sun High School, 2 at Switzerland High School)
