Grants will be considered only for non-profit organizations whose projects/programs benefit the residents of Ohio County. Grants are awarded in the following areas: Health, Community Development, Education, Human Services and Cultural Affairs.
Junior Grants are awarded throughout the year on a first come, first served basis until all funds for the current year have been allotted. Organizations may receive no more than 2 Junior Grants per year totaling $500 or less. The maximum request on an application is $500. Special consideration will be given to youth oriented projects and programs.
Applications are reviewed by the Junior Grants Committee and their recommendation for funding is given to the Ohio County Community Foundation Board of Directors for final approval at their next regularly scheduled meeting. (OCCF Board meets in Jan., Feb., April, May, August, Sept. and October)
