The Joanne Hamilton and Son Bill Scholarship was established by Bill Stultz, in memory of his grandson Billy Hamilton and by the OCCF Board of Directors in recognition of Joanne Hamilton’s service to the Ohio County Community Foundation.
This scholarship is awarded to a current resident of Ohio County or a Rising Sun High School graduate that will be pursuing a license or certification required to practice a particular profession.
Preference will be given to students closest to attaining their license/certification.
