The Ralph and Evelyn Galbreath Memorial Scholarship was established by their children to provide scholarships for current Ohio County and Switzerland County residents.
Preference will be given to applicants who have spent time in foster care prior to their 18th birthday and to students 24 or older just entering or returning to college.
