This scholarship was established by the Ohio County Community Foundation Board of Directors to support residents of Ohio County and/or graduates of Rising Sun High School who wish to obtain a Graduate level degree.
Applicant must have obtained their Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University prior to the application deadline.
Applicant must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a Graduate level degree program.
Amount: 2 @ $2,000
