This scholarship was established in loving memory of Denny Carrigan by his wife Beverly Carrigan and their children, Molly, Toby, CJ, Abby, and Joe.
Applicant must be a Rising Sun High School graduate that is a working adult and preference will be given to applicants that are studying education.
