The Learning Tree of Ohio County Scholarship was established in 2015 by Richard DeCamp & The Learning Tree Administration. The Learning Tree gave assistance to children by providing them with tools to succeed at school, such as supplies, clothes, etc. This scholarship was established to carry on the legacy of the Learning Tree by providing scholarships to graduating Seniors of Rising Sun High School.
