The OCCF Higher Education Scholarship was established in 2000 by the Board of Directors using unrestricted funds.
These scholarships are available to graduates of Rising Sun High School or Ohio County residents that are enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university seeking an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and have completed at least their freshman year in good standing.
Amount: 14 scholarships @ $2,000/each
